About Rick

As a lawyer, builder, yoga teacher, musician, and father of two, Rick brings a broad and rich base of experience to his practice.

In 2003, Rick graduated from Northwestern University with double majors in Philosophy and Psychology. After undergrad, Rick ran a small residential building and custom carpentry business.

In 2014 Rick changed careers, enrolling in Vermont Law School’s two year accelerated JD program. He graduated summa cum laude with a certificate in general practice in 2016.

As part of his coursework, Rick participated in an apprenticeship at Kramer & Vangel, P.C. in Brattleboro, Vermont, where he also worked for a year after graduating law school and passing the bar.

Rick started Contino Law, PLLC in 2017.
